Estos policías están privados e imputados siendo sometidos a juicio por el
caso de asesinato Luis Armando Urbano 21 años, profesión electricista, sin
ningún tipo de antecedentes penales ni policiales, fue asesinado por
represalia en contra de su padre José Luis Urbano. Por su actividad promoción
y defensa de los derechos humanos de la infancia en Venezuela.
Cabe recordar que este es el único caso entre miles que ha sido impulsado a
nivel de Caracas, ya que la fiscalía 19 del Ministerio Público del Estado
Anzoátegui, durante varios años guardo silencio y no realizo las
investigaciones correspondientes y los expedientes fueron engavetados, donde
víctimas y testigos que eran vilmente asesinado en presencia de familiares, y
otros casos sacaban los familiares fuera de la casa y le asesinaban a su
víctimas.
El que la unidad criminalística de la fiscalía general de la Republica de
caracas se trasladara al Estado Anzoátegui el día 10 noviembre 2016. Haber
